Who runs it

Bridge is run by Thesla Cloud Services, Kochi, India. Questions: contact@theslacloud.com.

How it works

Bridge connects to your business's WhatsApp Business number through Meta's WhatsApp platform. Messages your customers send to that number pass through Meta and are stored in Bridge so your team can read and answer them. Your customers see your business's name, not Bridge.

What we store

  • Staff accounts: name, email and a scrambled password.
  • WhatsApp conversations, including the automatic menu replies.
  • The client details your team records: name, phone number and notes.
  • Deals, orders and amounts.
  • Your WhatsApp connection credentials, stored encrypted.

We don't store medical or clinical records. The text of conversations closed as spam is deleted automatically after 14 days.

Where it's kept

On a server rented from Contabo in the United States. It is backed up every night: backups are kept on that server for 14 days, and a copy is kept on our own computer in India for 30 days.

Who can see it

Your team, our team (only to run and support the service), and Meta as the WhatsApp provider. Nobody else. No selling, no ads, and each business is kept separate in the database. Bridge does not send your customers' messages to any AI service.

Your customers' information

Your business decides what is kept about its customers. If someone asks to be removed, your team can erase that person's record in Bridge, or ask us to help.

Copies and deletion

Email contact@theslacloud.com for a full export of your business's data, or to delete it. On deletion, logins are locked and wiped and your WhatsApp number is disconnected from Bridge. Backup copies age out within 30 days.
