WhatsApp CRM for travel agencies

Trip enquiries arrive on WhatsApp at all hours, from your ads, posts and QR codes. Many start with "Price?" and nothing else. Someone travelling this month sits in the same chats as someone dreaming about next year, and your team has to ask the same questions before it can help either of them.

Bridge replies to each new enquiry on your WhatsApp number. It asks what kind of trip they're planning, when they want to travel and their name, then hands the chat to your team with those answers on top. Travellers going this month are marked High, so your team knows who to reply to first.

The demo is set up as a sample dental clinic. Yours would ask about the trip and when they want to travel.

Your pipeline, in travel terms

Travellers appear as Clients. Deals move through:

  • New: the enquiry has just come in.
  • Qualified: your team has talked to them and the trip is real.
  • Meeting Booked: a call or office visit to plan the trip is booked.
  • Proposal Sent: you've sent your quote, prepared the way you do now.
  • Won: the trip is booked. Record the amount paid.
  • Lost: they've booked elsewhere or dropped the trip.

How it fits a travel desk

  • Your team shares one queue, filtered by Mine, Unassigned or All.
  • Saved replies answer common questions in a click, and nothing sends until staff send it.
  • A traveller who types agent, human, help, call or talk reaches a person immediately.
  • If a traveller sends a voice note or photo, the chat goes to a person. Bridge shows that it arrived, but can't play or open it yet.
  • When WhatsApp's 24-hour window has closed, Bridge tells staff to call the traveller.

Traveller data, handled carefully

The bot collects only the trip type, the timing and the traveller's name. Messages in chats you close as junk or wrong number are deleted after 14 days. Staff can erase a traveller's conversation or record on request.

What Bridge doesn't do for travel agencies today

Bridge has no package catalogue, and it doesn't take bookings, send payment links or build itineraries. It doesn't send offers or broadcast messages. Your team handles those the way it does now.

Bridge was built first for a dental clinic in Kerala. For your agency, we set it up with you.

Be one of our first travel agency clients.

We set up your options, bot messages and saved replies with you, and what you ask for shapes what we build next for your trade.
