WhatsApp CRM for study abroad consultants

Every intake brings a rush of WhatsApp messages from your ads and posts. Most begin with "Hi" and a question your counsellors have answered a hundred times. Serious students for this intake wait in the same pile as someone just looking around, often across several counsellors' phones.

Bridge replies to each new enquiry on your WhatsApp number. It asks where the student wants to study, which intake they're aiming for and their name, then hands the chat to your team with the answers on top. Students for this intake are marked High, so counsellors know who to call first.

Your pipeline, in counselling terms

Students appear as Clients. Deals move through:

  • New: the enquiry has just come in.
  • Qualified: a counsellor has spoken to the student and it's a real enquiry.
  • Meeting Booked: a counselling session is booked, in person or on a call.
  • Proposal Sent: you've sent your shortlist and your service fee.
  • Won: the student has signed up with you. Record the fee they paid.
  • Lost: they've gone elsewhere or dropped the plan.

Amount paid is whatever your client pays you, such as a service fee. Leave it at what you actually charge.

How it fits a counselling team

  • Counsellors share one queue, filtered by Mine, Unassigned or All.
  • Saved replies answer common questions in a click, and nothing sends until a counsellor sends it.
  • A student who types agent, human, help, call or talk reaches a counsellor immediately, for a visa question or anything urgent.
  • If a student sends a voice note or photo, the chat goes to a person. Bridge shows that it arrived, but can't play or open it yet.
  • When WhatsApp's 24-hour window has closed, Bridge tells staff to call the student.

Student data, handled carefully

The bot collects only the destination, the intake and the student's name. Messages in chats you close as junk or wrong number are deleted after 14 days. Staff can erase a student's conversation or record on request.

What Bridge doesn't do for study abroad consultants today

Bridge has no course or university database, and it doesn't collect documents or track applications. It doesn't send reminders or broadcast messages. Your team handles those the way it does now.

Bridge was built first for a dental clinic in Kerala. For your consultancy, we set it up with you.

Be one of our first study abroad clients.

We set up your options, bot messages and saved replies with you, and what you ask for shapes what we build next for your trade.
