WhatsApp CRM for skin, physio, eye and Ayurveda clinics
Your front desk answers the phone, greets walk-ins and replies to WhatsApp, all at once. Enquiries from your ads and QR codes start with "Hi" or "How much?", and a patient in pain waits in the same list as someone asking about a package for next month.
Bridge replies to each new enquiry on your clinic's WhatsApp number. It asks which treatment the patient needs, how soon and their name, then hands the chat to your front desk with those answers on top. A patient who taps your urgent option skips the rest of the questions and goes to the top of the queue.

Your pipeline, in clinic terms
Contacts appear as Patients. Deals move through:
- New: the enquiry has just come in.
- Qualified: your front desk has spoken to them and they want to come in.
- Consult Booked: a first consultation is booked.
- In Treatment: the course of sessions or the procedure is under way.
- Won: treatment is paid for. Record the amount paid; each patient's record shows their total over time.
- Lost: they've decided not to go ahead.
Made for the front desk
- Two or more receptionists share one queue, filtered by Mine, Unassigned or All.
- Saved replies answer common questions in a click, and nothing sends until staff send it.
- A patient who types agent, human, help, call or talk reaches a person immediately.
- If a patient sends a voice note or photo, the chat goes to a person. Bridge shows that it arrived, but can't play or open it yet.
- When WhatsApp's 24-hour window has closed, Bridge tells staff to call the patient.
- Walk-ins and phone calls are logged on the patient's record by hand.
Patient data, handled carefully
The bot collects only the treatment, the timing and the patient's name. Messages in chats you close as junk or wrong number are deleted after 14 days. Staff can erase a patient's conversation or record on request.
What Bridge doesn't do for clinics today
Bridge has no booking calendar, it doesn't send appointment reminders, and it holds no clinical records. Your team books and treats patients the way it does now.
Bridge was built first for a dental clinic in Kerala. For your clinic, we set it up with you.
Be one of our first skin, physio, eye and Ayurveda clinic clients.
We set up your options, bot messages and saved replies with you, and what you ask for shapes what we build next for your trade.
